By using the Masterpiece Bath Rewards app and program, you agree to the following terms.
1
Eligibility & Account
- The program is intended for carpenters/installers and approved partners.
- New registrations may require admin approval before the account becomes active.
- Masterpiece Bath may approve, reject, suspend, or deactivate accounts if required for verification, safety, or misuse prevention.

QR Codes & Reward Points
- Each QR code is unique and can be claimed only once.
- Attempting to reuse, duplicate, or manipulate codes may result in account suspension.
- Reward points are credited after successful validation and verification.

Point Value
- 1 Reward Point = ₹1 value.
- Point value may be updated in the future as per program policy.

Referrals
- Referral bonus points may be awarded to both the referrer and the new user, based on the current referral policy.
- Referral bonuses may be limited or modified to prevent misuse.

Payout / Cashback
- Users may request payout by converting points to payment as per available balance.
- Payout processing is subject to verification/approval.
- Payment reference details will be updated once processed.

Program Changes
- Masterpiece Bath may modify, pause, or discontinue the rewards program at any time, including point rules, referral bonus, payout rules, and eligibility — especially in case of fraud or misuse.

Limitation of Liability
- Masterpiece Bath is not responsible for delays due to network issues, device problems, third-party service interruptions, or incorrect user information.
