• Mobile number (for login and account identification)
• Name and profile details (State, District, City/Village, Address, Email, Birthday – as provided)
• Referral mobile number (optional, if you enter one during registration)

B) Automatically Collected Information

• App activity (login time, screens visited, in-app actions)
• Device and basic technical data (device type, OS version, app version)
• QR scan and redemption activity (QR/claim code status, timestamps)

C) Payment / Payout Related Information

• Payout request details (points requested for payout)
• Payment reference ID (added by admin when payout is processed)
• Note: We do not collect bank/UPI credentials in the app unless explicitly added in a future update.

How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your carpenter account
• Verify eligibility and approve/activate accounts
• Process QR scans, reward point credits, referrals, and payout requests
• Prevent fraud and misuse (e.g., duplicate QR claims)
• Send important notifications (account approval, payouts, program updates)
• Provide support and improve app performance

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only when necessary:

• With service providers who help us run the app (hosting, database, analytics)

• With internal staff/admin for verification, support, and payout processing

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. Please protect your phone and do not share OTPs.

• Deletion/deactivation of your account (subject to verification and legal requirements)
